NB. The samples which are removable are subject to the factors such as contamination ratio of the sample and purpose of sorting.

How to Choose

Deterioration in quality of wheat is caused by impurities such as Fusarium-damaged kernels, Alternaria-damaged kernels, germinateci kernels, immature kernels, green kernels and foreign materials such as buckwheat, beans, glass, metal, plastic or stones.

Especially, Fusarium-damaged kernels which contain deoxynivalenol have been a criticai issue in wheat industries.

Recently foreign materials such as buckwheat or stones have become problematic.

Au-series are the world first unique sorting machine which can remove impurities noted above. and can improve the quality of finished wheat.

Index Low BU

Wheat flour with lower BU has less viscosity.

If you make breads from wheat flour with low BU, breads will become hard.

Germinated wheat kernels has an enzyme called a­mylase, which breaks down the starch (main ingredient of wheat).
