How It Works

The GrainSense Combine analyzer is based on the proprietary GrainSense technology, proven worldwide, for measuring protein, moisture, oil, and carbohydrates from stable grain samples.

Using near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR) with a 360° light penetration method (integrating sphere), it delivers exceptionally accurate results, even with small sample sizes, in a short amount of time.

The GrainSense Combine analyzer is installed on a combine harvester to enable continuous monitoring.

It operates through a system of grain inlet and outlet tubes, where the grains are constantly analyzed in real-time as they flow through the sensor.
